Parenting can be one of the most difficult jobs, if not the most difficult job, that God has called us to. The Bible tells us repeatedly that our children are a gift. Psalm 127:3 says, “Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him.” However, as a parent, there are times that we feel confused and wonder if we are doing it all wrong. That is why we are offering this brand new event called Elevate Parenting. This will be a time for parents of Middle and High School students to get together and experience Bible-based teaching, Q&A, and real talk around how we can elevate our parenting and honor God through it. The topic for this gathering will focus on Technology in the family and how to navigate your student through some of the influences of the digital age we live in.
