T-Shirts

It’s your responsibility to gather t-shirt sizes on Friday night and Saturday morning for your students, yourself, and your host. Please grab your shirts during lunch Saturday in the Radiate Cafe Kitchen, and instruct students to wear them Sunday morning. For hosts asking for their kids and spouses, please let them know that the shirts go to students first, and they can check back next week. There are only Adult sizes.

Top 10 Rules for DNOW Weekend

The guidelines are listed below to (A) provide for you the very best spiritual environment free from as much of the world’s influence as possible, and to (B) protect you from any physical, mental, emotional, social, or spiritual harm during the weekend. 

1. Absolutely no changing groups unless cleared by Chip Paul. 
2. Devices are not allowed in small group or large group sessions, except to read Scripture. 
3. No unnecessary physical contact (your love life is on hold for the weekend). 
4. No leaving without a “Time Away Card” which gives parent permission. If you need to come late or leave at any point during the weekend, fill out a “Time Away Card”. Give it to your Host Friday night.
5. Be on time for all events at the church, as shown on the schedule.
6. Be respectful to your Host, Leader, schedule, and the building all weekend.
7. No drinks, smokes, tokes, chews, vapes, porn, weapons, or illegal substances. 
8. Any pictures posted must be tagged with #radiatednow2023. 
9. Respect all other persons and property, especially that of the church. Absolutely no rolling/forking/pranking of any kind! 
10. Remember the purpose of this weekend, for students to grow in their faith in Jesus! 

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A CALL TO A RADIATE STAFF MEMBER AND PROBABLY A TRIP HOME!!!

Your Group List

1. See your Roster in the classroom for your first small group session
2. Another function if you want this option digitally so that you can text your group… This is just a cool function for you, but it’s optional:

• Download BHBC app
• Sign in with the email address where you received your Protect My Ministry email
• You will need to create an account, if you don’t already have one
• Scroll down and in the middle, the second to last row of icons, it says “My Groups”
• Click on your DNOW group
• Just scroll down and see your group members – do not edit the group in any way
• You can use the “send Group Text Message” option, but don’t use any other admin actions
