Where to Go:
Our building is currently under construction, and we want you to know where to go. We’ll have very tall blue Run for the Son flags to help you identify where to enter the building.
Your safety is our utmost concern, so we have also had our race re-certified to allow for an alternate ending. The 5K & 10K are Peachtree Road Race Qualifiers. The finish chute will be well-marked and our timer’s finish line is a large arch that is easily visible.
For Bag Pickup, you will enter on the right side of the building by the big flag.
On Race Day you will enter through the front left lobby. There will be big banners and tall flags to guide you inside. Walkup registration will be located in this lobby. Everything else will be located in the gym (vendors, refreshments, etc.).
After completing the race, you will follow the signs in our back door and back into the gym for awards, more goodies, and Live streaming results.
Merchandise:
We will have vintage race shirts and student ministry shirts on sale for $1 each.
We will also have some Run for the Son Doggie Bandanas on sale for $7 each.
Photos:
We will have several volunteers taking photos on race day. We do not have a professional photographer for the race and do not guarantee finisher photos of every person on race day, but we definitely do our best to get as many photos as possible. If you see yourself in a photo, please feel free to save it and use it or tag yourself in it. We love getting to put names with all the faces! Photos will be posted on our Facebook Page later in the week following the race after we have had time to process them. They will be uploaded to the Run for the Son Facebook Page. All photos are covered by the race waiver to be used in future promotional campaigns.
