Radiate is heading to Destin for our first ever Beach Week! Everything you know and love about DNOW and Fall Retreat are going to be happening at the beach in Destin, FL. Lodging is right on the beach in two beautiful condominiums! Middle school students will be in one location, high school at another close by. Recreation will be divided for middle and high school at their separate locations, then we’ll all come together for worship. We’ve partnered with Village Church in Destin to use their worship space for some amazing sessions in the mornings and evenings where students will learn about Jesus and grow deeper in their faith. + WHEN IS BEACH WEEK AND WHO IS IT FOR?
Beach Week is June 16-20, 2025 and is for current 6th through current 12th-grade students.
+ WHEN CAN I SIGN UP? AND IS THERE LIMITED SPACE?
Beach Week Registration opens November 10, and closes April 6 or when all slots are filled. We have limited space due to lodging constraints. When it’s full…it’s full. We will have a waiting list if someone drops out and will fill spots on a first come, first served basis.
+ HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?
The cost for Beach Week is $575. $300 of this amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
You also have the option to pay in two installments. The deposit amount is $300. The balance of $275 must be paid by March 30, 2025. The $300 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
+ ARE THERE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?
There will be a limited number of scholarships available for Beach Week. All attendees must pay the deposit of $300. Scholarships will be granted to cover the cost of the remaining balance. Please fill out the scholarship form and turn it in to our staff or email it to radiate@burnthickory.com.

+ WHAT DOES THE COST OF REGISTRATION COVER?
- Transportation
- Lodging
- Meals (Student is responsible for two meals while traveling to Destin and two meals while traveling home from Destin)

+ IS THERE A MULTI-STUDENT DISCOUNT?
If your family has more than one student attending Beach Week we’ll be able to provide a multi-student discount. All students must pay the $300 deposit and the discount will be applied to the balance of their registration cost. We will offer $50 off per additional student: 1st Student: Full Price ($575), 2nd Student: $525, 3rd Student: $475, etc.
This does not apply to families who apply for scholarships.
