Phantom Sponsors
Support a student, get the t-shirt … all without running! We know, not everyone wants to run or walk a 5K or 10K, but this is a great way to help support our student mission trip! T-shirts will be available to pick up at the race after 8 AM.
Phantom Sponsor Registration will remain open through February 18 at midnight.
T-shirts are available to pick up beginning at 8 AM on Race Day. If you sponsored a student, let them know if you need them pick up your shirts for you. Please indicate on your registration whether you will pick up your tee or if you need the student to pick it up. RFTS does not provide shipping options.

Become a Phantom Sponsor
If you want to know that you’ve sponsored a student for missions and want the shirt without the work, this option is for you. After all, not all of us are down for all of that exercise stuff, but we do love to support a good cause! Or maybe you want to show support to a student, but live too far away to participate in our race day activities. We’ve got you! The student that you’re sponsoring can pick up your t-shirt and get it sent to you. Please note: T-shirts are available for our Phantom Runners, but we cannot guarantee sizes as runners have the first shirt pick-up.
Why are we running?
Run for the Son 5K/10K proudly benefits the Burnt Hickory Baptist Radiate Student Ministry. All proceeds for this race go directly to help our students be able to engage in missions both locally and around the world. It also helps to fund the Eric Petty Memorial Scholarship awarded to outstanding leaders in the Radiate Student Ministry.
